Keyzi is an Australian automotive marketplace that removes negotiation from new car buying. Buyers pay exactly what the manufacturer charges the dealer — no markup, no hidden fees. Every line item (tax, title, dealer fee) is visible before a buyer commits. We built the platform end-to-end, from the buyer request flow to the dealer submission system and enforcement layer.
What We Built
Buyer Request Flow
Buyers submit vehicle requests specifying the exact make, model, and configuration they want. The system matches them with verified franchise dealers in their area who have submitted pre-approved invoice-priced offers.
Dealer Verification System
Dealers submit complete out-the-door pricing that Keyzi verifies against factory invoices before surfacing to buyers. A violation tracking system removes repeat offenders who attempt to add mandatory extras or change quoted prices.
Offer Unlock Model
Buyers pay $49 to unlock a verified deal's full details and dealer contact. This filters for serious buyers and creates a sustainable revenue model without charging dealers subscription fees that get passed on to customers.
