My Delivery Fleet is a cloud-based software and marketing suite built for businesses that manage their own local deliveries. We designed and developed the product end-to-end — from dispatch logic and live tracking to the automated marketing engine and savings calculator.
The Problem
New York restaurants managing their own deliveries faced a broken choice: pay DoorDash or Uber Eats 20–30% commissions per order, or cobble together manual dispatch with spreadsheets and phone calls. Neither option let them own their customer data or build any kind of loyalty. The restaurants doing the most volume were losing the most margin.
What We Built
Auto-Dispatch
The system instantly assigns an available driver for a flat fee the moment an order is placed. No manual dispatch, no back-and-forth. Operators see all active deliveries on a live map with real-time driver locations and ETAs.
Branded Live Tracking
Every order generates a live tracking link that shows the restaurant's branding, not a third-party platform. Customers see the driver's real-time location and delivery ETA on a map — the same experience as DoorDash, owned entirely by the restaurant.
Automated Marketing Engine
While customers track their delivery, the platform captures SMS opt-ins and sends automated promotions to drive repeat orders. After delivery completes, a review request goes out automatically to grow the restaurant's Google presence. Every touchpoint is owned by the restaurant, not a marketplace.
Savings Calculator
An interactive savings calculator lets prospects run their own numbers: input their average order value, current delivery method (in-house drivers, on-demand, or third-party apps), and daily order volume. The calculator outputs a per-order cost comparison, daily and annual savings, and a downloadable PDF report they can take to a business partner.
The Result
A fully shipped SaaS platform giving local New York restaurants the dispatch infrastructure, customer tracking, and marketing tools of enterprise delivery apps — at a flat fee with zero commissions and full data ownership.
