The Problem
Patient calls about billing and insurance don't stop at 5pm, and every one that went to voicemail was a payment delayed or a patient left frustrated. Scaling a live front desk to cover that volume meant growing headcount just to keep up with the phone.

Every call outcome updates Inspire's own systems automatically through a Make.com integration — no manual data entry after a call ends.
Human Handoff
Calls that need a real person — disputes, complex billing questions — get routed to Inspire's team with the context already captured, instead of starting from scratch.
The Result
A voice agent covering both directions of Inspire's patient call volume, feeding data straight back into their systems, and handing off cleanly to a human when a call genuinely needs one.
